We would like to extend our gratitude for everyone’s continued patience as we have been carefully and steadily taking the steps needed to operate during the Covid 19 pandemic.
As the Province is now in the 4th wave of the Covid Pandemic, we have been carefully reviewing the plan from the General Public along with our Governing Health Authorities that regulate our Profession/Liability Insurance by which we are mandated.
As regulated Health Professionals, we are upheld to stricter standards than the general Provincial Plan.
Our Regulatory Boards continue to provide protocol updates & guidelines for all RMTs and Aestheticians to safely continue providing services as reopening stages allow.
As a clinic, we strive to maintain our high standard of safety for our
team’s safety and clients alike; we appreciate your continued respect of
our policies to uphold our shared responsibility.
We ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time
so that we can continue to ensure social distancing in the
reception and hallways. Please wait in your car if you are early.
Masks are required at all times with no exceptions during the 4th wave; if
you have forgotten a mask we are happy to provide you with one.
Please bring your own water bottle. We are happy to get you a cup of water upon request.
Upon arrival, please sanitize your hands either by the hand sanitizer provided or go to
the washroom to wash your hands.
Please have a seat until your Therapist is ready for you.
As there are people coming in and out for appointments & product purchases, unless you are paying do not stand at the front desk and idle.
Moving forward our Clinic will indefinitely require a signed Daily Health
Attestation prior via email or at arrival of your appointment.
This is to ensure we are reducing everyone’s risk of all communicable diseases (colds, any viral flu) as this has significantly impacted our practice in previous years.
We do not want anyone coming in feeling unwell, client or therapist.
This year we had considerably less time off needed for sick leave from
staff and clients combined for cancelled appointments.
We will not charge for those who cancel due to sickness or household members
who are sick & we ask the same respect if a Therapist must cancel due to illness.

Our RMT prices will be adjusting up effective July 01, 2021
Our last price increase occurred in Spring 2019
We assessed as a team at great length & have agreed on the following new adjustments:
30min- $62.00 plus GST $65.10
45min- $90 plus GST $94.50
60min- $115.50 plus GST $121.28
90min- $175 plus GST $183.75
